Multi chatbox demo

Multiple independent chatboxes can be inserted on a single page.
For simple demonstration chat rooms are reference counted and deleted when empty.
So... switching between tabs will reset the room if no other users are present.
To persist messages in a single room, open multiple tabs on the same panel
